MapTermだと動かなくなっていたのでJsonTermに変更した

SimulatorTest が動作しなくなっていたので，一部の修正を元に戻した．

シミュレーターでhttpリクエストを送れるようにした(GETのみ)

・JsonTerm の reduce() がうまくいかない不具合を修正． ...

・Simulator でイベントが発火しない場合があったのを修正．

・ダブルクォーテーションの処理の改善に伴う不具合の修正． ...

・JSONアクセッサの直後に演算子が続いた場合の処理が不正だったのを修正．
・EventクラスでのNULL処理の追加．
・Resourceクラスにおいてリソース階層の型が不明（null）だった場合の処理の追加．

文字列リテラルの内部が他の区切り文字で分割されないようにした．

シミュレーション機能において，生成されるリソースの状態が間違っている場合があった．

モデルファイルで，init {} の直後に native キーワードが来る場合を想定していなかった．
