アカウントを削除したとき、そのアカウントのフォローもすべて解除されるようにしました。
PUT:/account/{uid}/name
PUT:/account/{uid}/introduction
GET:/account/{uid}/history
GET:/account/{uid}/contribution
を実装しました。
