・抽出したいデルタをより正確に指定できるようにし，またデルタ抽出を呼び出す回数を削減した．
3) デルタ抽出の不具合修正：
・MethodExecution#getObjectReferences() で，メソッドが戻り値を返さない場合のことを考慮していなかった．
・this-to-another 型のデルタ抽出で，指定するトレースポイントがメソッドの先頭だった場合正しく抽出できない不具合を修正．

2) MagnetRONファイルのフォーマットに，"format"属性を追加した．(PlainText版のトレースファイルを読めるように．)
3) 不具合の修正．
・実行文が記録されていないメソッド実行のスレッドIDを取得するときに落ちていたバグを修正．
