・Accountsクラスのコンストラクタはprivateで何もしなくてもよい.
・フィールドとメソッドは, theInstanceに関連するもの以外はstaticをつけない.
・インスタンスの比較にはequalsメソッドを用いる. (今回の場合だとStringの比較)
・Accountを管理するコレクションは, HashMapの方が適しているかと思う.()
